For my overall wellness there are three majar areas. Social wellness means to coexist peacefully with others. Physical wellness means we should make better choices about what we eat and how we exercise. Mental health means it mean if you can say come in stressful situation.

This is a great article. It talks about people with ADHD and how they tend to easily look past their wellness. It gives great tips. It focuses on physical, emotional and spirtual wellness. It briefly gives you definitions of each type of wellness. This is a site for people who have ADHD. It tells them how they can mantain a balanced wellness. I believe this is a good article.

It all tells you things that can harm your mental and physical wellness. One other thing this website tells you is it gives you life tips to improve your mental health.
