Our 3 day meal assignment showed that maybe our feelings and who we aye with might influence us in our food choices. It was interesting to see the variety of meals and types of foods listed. Some need to re-vamp their diets - 4 liters of soda in a day!! Some might want to evaluate their lifestyle choices concerning diet and exercise.
